Excellent service. Duane (I think, sorry) was an amazing and quick help. He listened to my need; made a couple recommendations. I walked out with my box spring within 10 minutes of walking in. No pressure to buy anything I didn't need or want! 100% recommend!

Reviewed all the mattress stores in Roseburg, I found the staff there very friendly, no pressure to buy anything. I am very pleased with service and ease of shopping there. I found my mattress and so far, it is awesome; I didn't want to get out of bed the next morning, lol.

It was so refreshing to meet Roy at Roseburg Mattress. He was so helpful, so authentic, so honest. It pays to shop local. Not only do they have a huge selection of high-quality mattresses, but they also have sheets, mattress covers and pillows. Roy is very knowledgeable about all the different mattresses and he did not rush us. He encouraged us to take our time. We were also quite pleased to find products made in the USA and we even bought a mattress made in Oregon! This was the BEST shopping experience.

It should be noted that I've never left a review for any other company or business. Roy at Roseburg Mattress is so helpful. We've been to his location several times and it's been a pleasure to buy local and experience such great hospitality/service. The quality of U.S. and locally made products are never a disappointment! Will always return if I need anything bed or mattress related. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! P.s. The copper coil, gel foam, mattress was worth every penny on my first purchase. These last few months have been so restful. Thanks guys!
